Super Junior

Super Junior, often referred to as SJ or SuJu is a boy group from South Korea with a total of 13 members, they are one of the largest boy bands in the world. The group (based on the photo from left to right) Heechul, Ryeowook, Donghae, Kyuhyun, Kibum, Kangin, Siwon (my favorite, hehehe), Hangeng, Leeteuk (the leader of group), Yesung, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, and Shindong. As of 2010, only 10 members are active, because Hangeng leaving SM Entertainment (the label where they take shelter), Kangin absence for mandatory military service and Kibum absence because of his acting career. However, the remaining members have insisted that they are still part of group.
Super Junior has released and contributed in 20 different kinds of records with varying degrees of success. Over the years, they have been divided into smaller sub groups, simultaneously targeting different music industries and audiences. Largely, due to Super Junior’s success as entertainers, other Korean entertainment managements began to train their music groups in other areas of entertainment, such as acting and hosting. Super Junior has earned many of awards, on of the awards is from MTV Asia Awards.
Why I like them? I like them because, beside their handsome face, they indicated that they have a talent. In each of their performance, they always show the attractive performance and beautiful voice. If I listen to their up-beat songs, it makes my spirit back and if I listen to their ballad songs, it makes me feel comfort. I also impressed with their friendship are really close. When one of them are in conflict then they try to handle it well. They consider each other that they are family.

Girls' Generation

I want to write about my favorite girl band, they are Girls’ Generation. Girls’ Generation is one of South Korea’s top female pop groups.  The girls are also very popular across Asia even they are also popular in America with hit song like Gee, Oh!, Genie, Hoot etc.

The group is often referred to as Soshi ans SNSD by international fans. The nine members of Girls’ Generation (from left to right beside the photo) are Tiffany, Sunny, Taeyeon, Yuri, Yoona, Seohyun, Jessica, Hyoyeon, and Sooyoung.
Girls’ Generation officially debuted in August 2007 with their single is “Into The New World”. They released their first album Girls’ Generation in November 2008. The girls also worked in other project in reality show, dramas, radios etc. Girls’ Generation released mini-album “Gee” in January 2009. The title song was a mega hit, breaking various no.1 records on music charts. They released their second mini-album “Tell Me Your Wish” in June, which was a huge success as well.
Girls’ Generation ended 2009 on high note with their first solo concert and arguably the biggest winners  and music award. The girls also became popular product endorsers. In 2010 Girls’ Generation released their second full length album “Oh!” in January and a repackage album “Run Devil Run” was released in March.
Girls’ Generation released a Japanese version of “Genie” in September which marked their official debut in Japan. The single sold over 100.000 copies and reached no.4 on Oricon weekly chart. And they released their second Japanese single “Gee” in October, which peaked at no.2 spot on Oricon with over 110.000 copies sold. Girls’ Generation released again their third Korean mini-album “Hoot” in October 2010, which again did well as expected.

Some of my friends asked to me why I like them? Actually there are a lots of bad news about them. Many of the media said that they have made a massive plastic surgery, their bad behavior to a fellow artist and their fans, they just flaunt and many more.
The reason why I like them is in my view, they do not like what the people are talking about. I think they have a talent, they can sing while dancing, they are beautiful, they are not only beautiful outside but also beautiful the inside. There are also good news that relates to them. And about plastic surgery, I think about it don’t to be exaggerated. If it is true they do plastic surgery, it doesn’t matter because in Korea it has become a common. So, the conclusion is I do not to take care of the bad things about them as long as there is no the absolute truth and I can joy their song and their performance quietly without having bad thoughts about them.

My Funniest Moment

I have some funniest moment in my live. If I remember about it, I will laugh. I will write some my funny moment which I still remember.
First, when I was walking around and passed a big tree, I saw something black that look like a monkey on top of the tree. So I just screamed "Monkey!!!!", something that I thought a monkey turned toward to me and stared at me, I felt so shy because it turns out the people who was climbing the tree. Immediately I ran away.
Second, when I attended a farewell party of my friend who would go and study in Singapore. Me and my friend were talking, suddenly there was someone who approached us. I  felt that the boy looked at me, then with confidence I reached my hand to him, unfortunately the boy ignored me and he immediately spoke to my friend who was standing behind me.
And the last is the story about my friend, she is Hidayati Utami. When we had just finished in Introling mid test, Ami looked for her bag and said "Where's my bag?", spontaneous everyone around her laughed because we put in our bag in front of the class before we do the exam.

KOREAN WAVE

Korean wave, what is Korean Wave? Korean wave or Korean fever is the significantly increased popularity of South Korean culture around the world. It is also called Hallyu by Korean people. Korean wave is so famous in the world right now, especially in Indonesia.
Now the Korean Wave also come to me. People always ask me, why I’m so into Korean Pop culture? Why I listen to songs which I can’t understand? Why I like watching Korean drama? And so on. Actually I don’t like all about Korean at all before, but after I watched Korean drama which titled “Endless Love”, I started to like Korean drama slowly. And now I’m collecting various kinds DVD about Korean drama.
How about K-Pop (Korean Pop)? Yeah! I like it also. I’m starting to like K-Pop since I saw one of the Korean boy band, they are Super Junior. Although I don’t understand their language, but I really like them, because of what? I like K-Pop because their style, their voices, they are also dancing when they are singing, and their music is so easy listening.
Day by day, I am increasingly like everything about Korea. Starting from Korean drama, music, fashion, their culture and many more. I also interested to learn Korean language. But i still love my beloved country, Indonesia.

My Favorite Food

You can look at me and tell that I love to eat! I am not fat, you can tell me that I am a tinny girl. But I do love to eat! My favorite meal is breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yeah! I love them all.
I love breakfast, because it makes my tummy feel warm and fuzzy. My favorite foods to eat at breakfast are fried rice, bread, egg, and chocolate milk. I have the same type of food at lunch and dinner. For example are fried chicken, soup, vegetables and so on.
And the most my favorite food is my mother’s cuisine! She can cook anything! And the taste is very delicious. So, whatever my mother have cooked for me, with full of glad I will eat it!

The Difficulties in Learning English

Many people said that learning English is very easy. But, I think learning English is not as easy as like we think and not easy like we hope. I have some biggest difficulties when learning English.

First is tenses. yeah, tenses again and again. Actually, I understand about tenses. But, sometimes I have doubt what kind of tenses which have to use when I want to explain my idea or want to make a sentence.

Second is listening. sometimes, I get the difficulties to listen what the speaker said. I have to repeat that conversation for a few times until I understand what they were talking about.

Third, i often forget to remember about the word. Sometimes, a new word which I get so easily disappear from my memory. Perhaps, one of reason is my less memorizing.
